Jacob Conners -- Magic Games
Jacob switched into another bird form as he exited the old building, and he took off high into the air before diving towards the final spot marked on his map. He hoped that the last lacrima that he needed was here, or else he was going to have to pillage it from someone else who had already gotten it. When he got there, lo and behold, there was a lacrima, but it was another rainbow lacrima. He scoffed, and left it behind, figuring that’d make it a lot harder for one of the other contestants to find it. From here he had no idea what he should do, but it had to be something. Cursing his luck for not being able to et all eight differeent lacrima he needed, he began to walk around the city, asking everyone he saw if they had seen any nearby lacrima. None of them gave an answer he was looking for, and he sighed as he took to the air one last time. He would land a couple blocks from the arena, and begin asking around again. Fortunately, his luck turned out better this time, and someone had happened to have seen one of the indigo lacrima that were hidden around the city. Moving quickly, he found it was, in fact, for sale in a store. It took him a good two minutes of haggling, and a few thousand jewels, to secure it, and as he left he made a silent vow to force his guild master to pay him back for money lost in this event. From the store, Jacob walked back towards the arena, almost out of magic power at this point. He made a note to himself that after the games were over he needed to practice being able to transform more times at once. That was the same problem he had faced against Merlina a few days prior. Jacob stopped as he saw Nolan and Indigo squaring off, and he slipped back a bit, hoping that they were more interested in each other to immediately notice him. He walked around the arena with a curtain of buildings between him and it for a couple blocks, before changing into a sparrow and flying up and trying to get over the wall of the Arena into the main floor, so that he would’ve officially completed the event.
