Take no offence... but don't think this should be accepted because it seems very unfinished...

Instead of assassination, you could describe what stealth form he uses... instead of hand to hand expert, describe his known martial arts or his fighting style... same goes for weapons expert... what weapons does he know?

If he's improving his weapons as necessary than he should have weapons to improve to begin with, right? Same would go with his gear. 

Finally is his Personality and History... If possible you should try and improve on that a bit.
