I am by no means a Co-GM or GM so I have no clue if that would be allowed. But for the sake of simplicity I think by far the best idea would be to keep track of your own troop movement, garrison and recruitement. And with recruitement that after each turn you add the unit you recruited in that province to the garrison there. That way, we can keep track of all troops at any turn without having to calculate like: "Okay how far down his recruitement queue is he?" So I guess you could keep your back order there for yourself, just maybe make sure that the garrisons, troop movements and recruitement is always up to date. On another note, I noticed you did not make any moves yet. Neither diplomatic nor military. Not really forbidden but it does leave you in a more vulnerable position. All nations seem to have taken foreign affair steps. Be it diplomatic or marching for war. So I'd advice you to maybe sent out a diplomatic envoy or something. As -if they are unarmed and unprotected apparently- do not require military resources. And could yield a potentional ally. But again, this is mere advice. Oh and finally, to get my very first point clear. In province 18 you can: - Make 2 ships or 2 transports or 1 Ironclad (If you're capable of making those) - Make 1 Professional Military unit or 3 Conscript Military Units In province 25 you can: - Make 2 ships or 2 transports or 1 Ironclad (If you're capable of making those) - Make 1 professional Military unit or 3 Conscript Military Units I know it says 2 ships of 2 transports. I made a mistake in my first post and it's in fact 2 per coastal tile. Apologies.
