I'm not really against the Hero thing, but it should be indeed well implemented and granted, post-start that seems a little hard.

Also if I'm correct, a turn takes 1 week (or less if everyone made their post). The first IC post has been posted 4 days ago. So I guess that [@Aristo] Still has some time to put his post up. Also, ForKhorne and I are doing some PM diplomacy so I personally would prefer to wait till sunday.

I would however propose a Building mechanic. These Buildings would grant certain benefits but that's just an idea.
