[@Romero] I would like to say something though. About the Dirigibles. Ain't this pulling forward the nations who have these? Because they could effectivily double total military output if they'd like. With making both a ground unit and a Dirigible. I understand that we haven't had a battle yet but I'd honestly think that being able to recruit both a dirigible AND a ground unit (per province) would give an unfair advantage.
