When you can throw half the team much farther than you can trust them.

Dragonfly doesnt have enough of an agenda to really be on anyone's hit list as of now, I think (save for Frank's). And he'll probably slink off into the tropics as things begin to go sour. He knows people well enough to know where that's gonna go.
