I'm not too fussed about how it's formed, I'm fine with whatever you guys make of it. Maybe [@vFear] Levi started it, he was jamming and somebody heard his sweet, sweet music. Probably at a party, then. [@Undine]'s character Roxanne seems loud enough to start up a band, maybe she and Levi started improvising a song together, and voila. 

I don't mind however the story goes.
