I really liked your idea so I made up a character. Here she is.

Rina has long black hair that she normally wears down, letting it sway near her lower back. Only when she gets angry or upset does she then tie it into a ponytail. Her figure isn’t flawless, she has scarring on her torso and legs from the battles she has endured. 
[b]General, non-combat, Apparel:[/b] With her black, leather, knee-high boots and her simple brown trousers that Rina has tucked into her boots she gains better movement. She wears a baggy white wool shirt and is often seen with a stalk of muguets (May Lillies) tucked into her belt or behind her ear.
[b]Armor and Weapons:[/b] Her armor is steel plated, with runes outlining the shoulder plates. Covering her body from shoulder to knees Rina leaves her head bare. Her leather boots have plating on the inside. With a Mortuary sword at her hip and a few small daggers that are dipped in the berry juice from the muguet strapped to her calf.
[b]Affiliates:[/b] She has a partner named Matthew Delacroix, who typically stays along the coast of Europe. He is more her mentor, and a well respected man in Rina's eyes.

[b]Specialization:[/b] She started off with killing herbal monsters and is very slowly moving into grim
[b]Magic:[/b] Rina can start small fires and move objects no bigger than her hand without touching them(this would go for length and width)
[b]History:[/b] Growing up with 2 older brothers, Rina was the only girl. Her mother adored her with all her heart and wanted her to he the image of a lady, at least as much as possible with the world that they were born into. Rina wasn't permitted to involve herself with sword play, or sparing with her brothers. Trying her hardest to please her mother, wasn't quiet good enough. Her values however, did not align with her mothers. 

With her brothers training her in secret, what they knew, the three became a team in killing off small monsters that threatened them. Their team was not meant to last, there was only so much that they do with when taught by a farmer. First it was the oldest brother. He had died sacrificing himself to save Rina when she was 15. Only a few months after her brother both of her parents died. They had got cornered by the Terradessa, huge earth creatures made of rock and metals ores from the ground.

With their family now reduced to two the siblings roamed France, killing off monsters as True Knights. They had heard of the Knighthood and had decided that together they would join and defend each other from all of the monster in the world. They had promised one another to always be at each others side. Unfortunately Rina couldn't keep that promise and it costed her, her brothers life. She fled to the coast, away from human interaction. Withdrawing inside herself, Rina forced on killing off herbal monster by herself, never trying to get close to others again. She found that may lily berries to be a source of poison that seemed to kill off, or at least slow down the things that she hunts down. 

Meeting a man in her 21th year of life, Rina gives her trust to someone finally. It wasn't an easy road for the two of them. Matthew, this man who had worked hard to earn the trust of a girl who couldn't trust. He trained her and fathered her for 2 years. Teaching her a new way to fight with honour and how to protect new friends that she would make. With her training complete Rina left Matthew to save others lives. This is what she told herself when started off on her own again.[/hider]
