[@Shade] Uruk-hai aren't dumb. Nor are Orc. Their smart in their own way. Relying more on brute strength. They have their own social structure and way of life. Your Uruk=hai would know of humans, Saruman would most likely have wanted smart Uruk-hai to become officers (He needed smart ones to keep the rest in check) and such. Unless this Uruk wanted more... peaceful means or wasn't a fighter. Even then he would be most likely reduced to a camp snaga just above goblins and such.
