[@XxLyraxX]Yes. The concept of Superhumans this RP will be using is the same as to that of Marvel's universe, though I'll be tweaking some information about it once the OOC is up.

For the age range, since most of our characters will either be dangerous Superhuman criminals or rebels who were members of various Superhuman factions who opposed the government several years ago following the war, I'd say 20 and above.
