I'm keeping the "Invasion" out of Arc1(Mini spoiler) just to not repeat the MCU.

Also we will have two rosters going eventually not to mention back ups. Not to mention anything of alternate teams co-existing. We'll see what happens with the Avengers later on.

Team ups I'd say look at people who aren't currently doing anything/finishing something up and bringing them in for something. Come visit Doom, he'll find use for you :P
