That's your opinion and that's fine. However not everyone operates like that. Someone who hasn't posted once may not like to see 20 posts in between theirs. Even if it's just filler, it LOOKS bad to them, like the story is progressing without them.

Even if it's not, and I read all the posts and it's safe to say the story is stand stilling until the GM pushes it forward, it doesn't appear that way, so people get frustrated and lose interest. It's the curse of PbP style RPs. Not everyone responds the same way, it's finding the balance between everyone. If someone asks for things to be slowed down, then slow it down, but don't stop.

Sadly they left before that happened.
