Cyano does follow some cliches however. Because cliches are fun, and she wouldn't be believable if she didn't follow some of them.

Also, [@savato] her EMPs are, for one, extremely powerful. I won't give specifics, but I will say that in today's world it would take enough power to run two cities to fire her EMPs. So any firm of energy shielding will be easily overpowered.
