Pretty much, yeah. In the original material, it was stated that he could learn everything about you with a glance. I've nerfed that in this to just knowing what you're thinking at the moment, but he's still fairly bullshit. There's one scene where he forces an entire Chapter of Traitor Marines (1000 men) to their knees, just by telling them to kneel.
