In this world, people are born with a mark. It can be a set of numbers, a phrase, a symbol, anything. These marks are clues to your soulmate. (For example, if you have the set of numbers and letters "3KJ8W2" and you see someone driving and their license plate is 3KJ8W2, then that person is 99.99% likely to be your soulmate.) Although it may seem impossible, fate brings you together anyways, so you don't [i]have[/i] to go chasing after them.

I had an idea a while ago for an rp following two neighbors constantly bumping into each other almost everywhere they go. I dunno, I just had this idea and I need to figure out what to do.

Just a small idea I had last week. I thought about having an rp where a young artist, who loves to draw and paint eyes, finds someone with the perfect eyes and begs the stranger to let him paint his eyes. I guess I wanted the stranger to get kind of attached and keep making excuses and lies just to see him. I dunno xD
