I found some gothic lolitas with blonde hair through some quick google image searches. Most of these are a bit too old to depict his character perfectly, but I'll post them here nonetheless.

They're actually good. I'd say they're not quite as old as they look. The first one is a fair match in my opinion.

As for the secondary picture, I'm perfectly fine with it. ^^
