[@Teal Turtleton]Yes of course. For now, we can have non-Superhuman characters as I myself am playing the organization's current leader. (who also isn't a Superhuman) Perhaps at the start of the RP, you can state that your character is already working for S.C.A.R. but then again, it will depend on you. 

And not knowing too much of the Marvel characters is perfectly fine as the RP is just an inspiration from its universe. Key elements include the concept of Superhumans but I know we're all familiar with that. ^^
