1st Democracies Home Fleet - Envoy to BoP Fleet

Space above Arcadia-2
[@Pirouette]
The Dreadnought Final Frontier cruised in the void of space, gun ports closed and appearing to as friendly as possible. It was flanked by the two Cruisers closely while Heavy and Patrol Frigates provided a screen for the bigger ships. Two Light Frigates trailed the envoy, ready to provide sniping support to their comrades. Everyone was tense inside the ships and with good reason. The past millennium has been tough on the Democracies, several galactic spanning wars spawning from first contact with another alien civilisation. Still, there was small undercurrent of excitement for the crews. A new xenos nation that hasn't fired on them yet? The Democracies People always had hope. A giant ding ringed in Jane's ear, notifying her of a message.
~Hail ship and crew of the unknown. As per regulation with the Multiple Universal Coalition, all ships must comply with the following in order to be recognized as a legitimate representative of your species: Ships and fleets must have their regulation issued transponders on at all times. In the event of the transponders deactivation, you must activate it immediately upon comprehending this message. Failure to do so can and will be deemed as deviant behavior and subject to an appropriate response. In the event that your species is new to realization of a Multi-universal reality and does not have a transponder, a reply to this message must be made at once by any means possible. Failure to do so may result in appropriate defensive measures by a complying fleet. This message is broadcasted on all frequencies in all languages, codes, and tones. This message repeats...
'Multi-universal reality? Transponder? How do they know Frel? Multiple Universal Coalition? The fuck?' Nonetheless, the Tayt captain quickly turned to the nearest comms. officer as the message repeated. "Do we have our receptor array still?" The receptor array was usually the first thing that breaks during a Jump malfunction. They were never made to be strong, most of the nations in their Galaxy had some form of telepathy. The officer shook his head before responding "It was broken before we were even awake." Jane then looked towards the nearest Tar'Lik, a white furred guard standing on his two hind legs. "Soldier! You read my mind and listen to the message. You will then relay that message to that damn ship over there, okay? Do not screw up!" He nodded with a smile and paused to read her head before sending it, with his mind, towards the ship. He repeated it twice. "Unknown Ships, we represent the Fay'Ran Jik Democracies. We hail from the Milky Way Galaxy but have not crossed universes before. Do not shoot. I repeat, do not shoot. We are peaceful and mean no harm. We apologise if our form of communication disturbs you in any manner, we do not have the capabilities to respond with our communications array. This is Captain Jane Lyra Abend speaking for the Fay'Ran Jik Democracies. We hope for peace and prosperity between our two peoples. We extend an offer of sending a diplomatic shuttle to ship to discuss the future, with your permission of course. But if you show any signs of aggression, we will not hesitate to blow your ships apart. Kind Regards, Captain Jane Lyra Abend."
