The Seven Deadly Sin-Knights, The "Holy Knights" and The Celestial Guardians, would they all live on earth?

Also, would us Celestial Guardians all know each other?  I assume that my Guardian would know at least some of the others, because she has been a Guardian for "5-10 years" in my bio. anyway.  

Also, what time period is this in? Midieval times?  Because of the Knights and that there was a King.
