Name: Megalon Appearance: Neo Design Age: Unknown Species: Unknown Gender: Male Personality/Bio: Grace is not a word when it comes to describing Megalon: Thuggish, a bully and shameless do however fit the Seatopian "God" perfectly. In contrast to Gigan's precision and grace, who sees his work in destroying civilizations and armadas as a challenge to prevail against and as an artistic performance of the highest caliber; Megalon is a wild, rampaging beast who smashes aside everything in his path all while firing every weapon he has in his arsenal, relishing in the screams of those he tramples underfoot and the ruination he leaves in his wake. The Space Hunter Cyborgs couldn't be any more different, but perhaps the only thing that made them tolerate and each other enough to actually start developing a friendship is that they both share a lust for battle and conflict, albeit enjoying it for entirely different reasons. Originally deployed to Earth to aid in helping the ancestors of the modern-day Seatopians establish a colony on the then-technologically advanced and Cosmos and Mothra-populated planet Earth many millennia ago, Megalon ended up staying with the Human-like aliens after carving out a place for them to live in on the Ocean floor, but not before ravaging a couple of cities and killing some Mothra since he liked being worshiped by blind fanatics who wouldn't bat an eye at his demands for living sacrifices that he only wished for out of a whimsical desire to kill something small. For a short while, Megalon held the fate of Seatopia in his hands before he reluctantly left the planet due to his roach-men masters threatening to shut him down; a bold-faced lie which the rather simple-minded beetleborg bought hook, line and sinker. After several thousand years of destruction and a Near-Death experience involving a disagreement with a certain Three-Headed dragon and his psychic masters, he once again came back to the planet Earth; expecting a repeat of the slaughter thousands of years ago and a welcome fit for a king waiting for him in Seatopia, what instead happened was he got double-teamed by Godzilla and some stupid-looking human-made Robot, both of whom he had completely underestimated and paid for by having his head blown off by the lizard's atomic ray while being restrained by the other, a fitting end to such a creature. Alas, it was not to be... Abilities: Lightning Horn: Channeling electromagnetic energy and ambient plasma through his horn, Megalon can fire destructive electromagnetic bolts from its tip. It also doubles as a lightning rod and a gigantic shock prod, absorbing electrical energy and lightning to store for later use and to shock opponents away. Plasma Flamethrower: Replacing his napalm bomb launcher, Megalon gains a superheated breath of plasma that can melt a mountain into a lake of slag within minutes. Water cannot extinguish the flames, only make things worse as the extreme heat causes steam explosions the moment the gout of superheated gas comes in contact with a large volume of the stuff. Drill Arms: Made out of the same material as Gigan's scythes, these drills can eat through anything given the time and are unbreakable. They are also used to dig through terrain. Thermal Lance: Newly installed within his drill arms, these are essentially short-ranged thermal rays that while meant to aid his drills in digging through ground faster and more efficiently; also double as devastating close-quarters weapons that can easily slag armor and vaporize Kaiju flesh. Hyper Phalanx: In desperate situations, Megalon can enter an ultimate defensive stance by curling into his shell, completely locking down his body and weapons systems; but allowing him to endure a full-power blast from Godzilla's spiral atomic ray without budging an inch, albeit with heavy damage. Hybrid cannons: A very recent upgrade, Megalon now sports a pair of high-powered proton cannons on his shoulders, which are usually hidden and protected behind his carapace. The reason for their installation is because his horn isn't powerful or versatile enough to contend with the concentrated firepower of other Kaiju breath weapons. Though they ended up removing the usage of his wings, leaving him grounded. Hercules Hurricane: Megalon's ultimate attack: Fire every single weapon he has in his disposal all at once against a single target. It usually works during simulations and tests his new boss graciously provided. Universe of Origin: Godzilla Neo, with liberties.
