I like that you want to put Harley in but I'd like for you to construct your sheet using your own words. Just tweak it a bit so it's all your voice with information that is germane to the roleplay. The bio should be tailored to fit within the world of the DCEU including the new Joker and how she fits in with the Suicide Squad. So do that and you should be fine.
