It's nothing special, really. It's Arc-V's way of re-introducing the turbo duel, though they did away with speed spells in order to do so. You just play with regular decks on a tricky course while riding on Manual, which is why I lumped it in the Turbo Duel course since you learn there where you do that, though an Action Duelist student can request permission to learn it as well.
