You are right about me being [url=http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/time-zone/gmt-plus-2/]GMT+2[/url] but as for determining Timezone in GMT I would suggest [url=http://www.timeanddate.com/time/map/]This interactive map[/url]. At the bottom of the map you can see the zone and you can highlight some cities from it even. By far the least intensive way to find your own timezone.
