Alright, I'm going to handle it this way. Take away one copy of any Noble Knight equip and replace it with a generic equip. Then you can add the following 10 cards per balance rule:

(staple) + Book of Moon, Mystical Space Typhoon, Bottomless Trap Hole, Half Unbreak, Safe Zone

(niche) + The Warrior Returning Alive, Photon Lead, Battleguard Rage, Exchange of Night and Day, Desperate tag

For the archfiend deck, you can keep the two terraformings (even add a third if you want to replace another card), but still need to remove and replace a copy of two x 2 archfiends. For staples:

(staple) + Battle Fader, Chicken Game, Forbidden Chalice, Shuffle Reborn, Royal Decree

(niche) +  Archfiend Palabyrinth, Creeping Darkness, Falling Down, Veil of Darkness, Darklight
