Krystal Rhodes
[@Caits] The moment they were allowed to leave the arena to look through town, Krystal used her magic to make a giant bird, which she jumped onto before it took to the skies. Once she was high enough, she looked down at the city below her. Her interest in the Games wasn't particularly high at this point in time. Her loss to Karn, or more accurately how she had lost, was still fresh in her mind. If Master Fraquar hadn't stepped in, she wasn't sure what she would do. She sighed as she looked around, wondering where to look for these crystals. There were hidden all over the city and Crocus was huge. Couldn't they have at least given them riddles or something. Shaking her head, she had her bird take her to a nearby park before dismissing it in a shower of glittering dust. Glancing around, she walked off in the direction that struck her fancy first. As she walked, she kept an eye out for any of the crystals she was looking for. After a couple of minutes, she came across a large fountain with several people around it. As she drew closer, she noticed that there was a blue crystal like the ones they had been shown in the arena. Guessing it was the blue one she was looking for, she made a small bird and had it retrieve the crystal. Examining it for a second, she pocketed it before moving on, knowing she needed to find seven others. She explored town as thoroughly as she could, making slow progress as time went one. She found the purple crystal attached to one of the hands of a clock tower while the red crystal was near a blacksmith, she figured for ironic reasons. The orange crystal she found was given to her by a woman who had her pick it out from a group of five identical crystals. Thankfully, her training in her parents' jewelry store helped her pick it out with ease. The indigo crystal was in the sign of a florist shop and the green crystal was located in the center another park's flower garden on a pedestal. Though it took some effort and more then a little luck, she found the yellow crystal on top of a random street lamp. Having seven of the eight crystals, she closed her eyes and thought to herself. Where would you hide a rainbow colored crystal? It would have to be somewhere people rarely visited. After a few seconds, she opened her eyes and moved towards the palace. Where better to hide something then somewhere people were usually forbidden to go. Reaching the outer perimeter, she used a construct to get over the wall and begin exploring the grounds. While it took some time, she found what she was looking for and, with all the crystals in hand, she once more made a giant bird to fly back the to arena.
