Identity: Lady Cthulhu

City of Operation: Pheonix Arizona

Appearance: Normally seen wearing a kimono often colored green. Beneath the kimono she has what looks like a large Cthulhu tattoo on her entire back.

Age: 34

Gender: Female

Superpowers: Cythlla has the ability to summon the tentacles of Cthulhu, along with much of it’s powers. She can make them do what she wishes, however using these over the years has come at the cost of her sanity.
Cythlla not only has the power to summon and use the tentacles of Cthulhu but also the ability to spread a mist of sorts that will make anyone who inhales it go insane.
Cythlla may also grow wings and fly, yet this will make her go into a very crazed state where she will attack whatever is in front of her.

Skills/ Talents: Cythlla can speak English, Japanese, and Mandarin. She is also very talented when it comes to running a criminal empire. She would have spread it beyond Pheonix by now if it weren’t for six guns. 

Equipment: Cythlla has a knife attached to her inner thigh, she also keeps a pistol inside of her kimono for when needed, though she rarely uses it herself as her victims often shoot themselves when they come in contact with her mist.

Weaknesses: Despite Cythlla being in contract with a half man half octopus, Cythlla can’t actually swim. She is also insane and tends to make stupid mistakes when she goes into her insane state of mind.

Psyche: Cythlla views the world as something for her to conquer and control. At least through the use of drugs. She worships Cthulhu even and offers up sacrifices to him regularly. 

History: Cythlla was born to an American mother, and a Japanese father. She was raised in Japan for about 10 years before moving to America to be with her mother. She had learned many of the cultures of her father, and on the outside she lived a rather normal life. Except for the part where her parents were both cultist that worshipped Cthulhu. She was even named after the supposed daughter of Cthulhu.
At around the age of 14 she was given a large tattoo of Cthulhu onto her back. At point she became able to wield the powers of Cthulhu himself. Although this is very taxing on her sanity. At around the age of 20 she started to build a criminal empire within Pheonix. She almost took over the city if it weren’t for Sixgun.
