Distracted for a moment by Jukebox's reponze, Cassandra took a moment to read the message. She saved it, to respond to later, as she did another sweep of the food court, finally spying Eris. She wove her way through the crowd, an easy smile on her face. Eris had obviously been there for some time, having a cup of coffee, what looked to be cupcakes and settled reading a book the title Cassandra recognized, but had never read. The outfit she wore was cute, not expected of Eris, but suited her. As Cassandra approached, she wondered if her outfit was suited for the outing. She was dressed in jeans and a t-shirt, a jacket thrown over it all. Suddenly nervous, although she couldn't fathom why, Cassandra stopped at the table. She swallowed around a suddenly dry throat. "hi" and then without waiting for an invitation, she sat, fearing if she didn't, her knees would fold. Perhaps she was just excited to be doing something other then homework for a change. "how is your hand?" she asked, "it looks like you got the bandage changed-or rewrapped it yourself" Cassandra noticed that. Doctors and hospital staff tended to do things a bit rushed, and as such their work with things like bandages could be a bit sloppy. The bandages now looked beater, at least to Cassandra. "I hope it isn't hurting you too much" she said with concern [@KoL]
