As much as Hawkmon wanted to prove his worth he knew better then to go after Alphamon's Memory and abandon the others, even though he didn't know if anyone could access it. Instead he tried guessing where it might land but since the only thing he knew for sure was the direction it flew in that was completely pointless. 

Salamon in the meantime did her best to keep up with Angemon so that she could walk next to her "secret" crush.

When Angemon opened the tunnel in what seemed a solid wall  Danny  naturally was surprised , but in the short time he was in Digiworld he had seen too much for it to be shocking and he just entered it silently focusing on what questions he had were the most important.
