[b]DETAIL:[/b] Micawber is the subject of much rumor and speculation among the citizens of Pallhallow. Micawber is the only person to freely pass in and out of Toadmere Rookery, and is the only individual known to have personally seen or spoken to Lord Fowle. Micawber is known for their curious choice of fashion (which greatly varies from moth-eaten military uniforms to respectable fine dresses, always seen with a hat of some kind) and for the highly confident and admirable manner in which they conduct themselves in every regard.
