Ah okay that makes sense. I figured they would be hard to get high which was the reason I didn't get it. 

I figure that with vampires the easiest way to get them high would be different types of blood. But only type they normally would be around. Like pixies, sirens, maybe even fae. (And of course strong mixes like Billie)
