*Hello all its me Gurren and if haven't guessed by now I love mechs! This is an idea I have been toying around with and have decided to give it a try. This RP would be fairly short with a main story to follow. I want to see if this could be turned into a series of sorts plus I like when RPs come to a smooth end. Anyways here is a basic summary of my the RP.*

The year was 2067 when it all started. Humanity was finally in the stars with colonies on the Moon and some on Mar's moons. The Earth was no longer overpopulated and peace was nearly everywhere however that all changed when an expedition to Mars discovered in a hollowed out mountain a monument of sorts that was defiantly not crafted from nature. When the monument was brought back to Earth it proved to be the end of peace for the monument sent out a signal to its original owners.... 

The crazed nomadic and nearly extinct pirate race called the U'logg received the signal that its most sacred religious artifact had been rediscovered and activated by humans. Within months the fleet arrived in orbit around Earth claiming humans had stole it eons ago and launched an attack on San Diego where the monument had been placed. The U'logg used mechs known as "Mallets" to completely destroyed the US military stationed in the city the U'logg then found out the monument had been moved. So the "Week War" began for one week the U'logg launched attack after attack all over the globe looking for it. The Mallets were nearly undefeated in the attacks but some suits were captured in the battle of Berlin giving the humans the tech. 

The humanity then called for a peace treaty fearing the worst from the Mechs of the U'logg. The U'logg wanted land for their people and the monument back and  after months of negotiating the U'logg were given the monument in return for a small part of land. The land controlled by them included the state of Washington and British Columbia elsewhere in the world included Falkland Islands, Sierra Leone and Guinea along with Belize. A treaty trying to get the people living those areas evacuated failed and so many stayed working as slaves for the alien race. 

The year is now 2077 ten years after occupation and 3 years after humanity had made its own versions of the Mallet mechs called Legionaries. The sparks of rebellion are rising as a group of rebels in Washington State make their move against the U'logg hopefully showing the world that humanity can fight back.

So is anybody interested in the concept things can be changed and so fourth but I think rebels with mechs going up against an alien race with advanced mechs would be fun :p And of course I will go into more detail about the mechs once people are interested. Thanks for Looking
