Other than that, the character is fine. A few sections (Specifically the power section) could be worded better. So she's basically a waterbender? Just that I think that she needs some more weaknesses. Since she basically has intangibility. Being a novice with a power isn't really a weakness, and should probably be moved up to the limits section. You could probably say something about dehydration, or a extra susceptibility to electricity. If she takes the characteristics of water, she could be softer, and takes more of a hit - but I'm spitballing here.

[@Verminlord] Upon reevaluation, Chloe still seems perfectly fine to me. She's accepted. We could definitely do a dynamic between Pink and Chloe - whether they become enemies or not is up to you, she isn't the most pleasant person. lol
