Mm what's the weather like there, what have you been doing? Have you been drinking enough water? Still trying to kick caffeine?

I can pretty much rule out an eye issue then. 

Dehydration or an electrical imbalance seems to most likely cause. 

Does the narrow vision come with dizziness? Might be an inner ear thing if so, in which case go to the doctor for tests. You do not want to just ignore an ear problem-you can easily lose your hearing.
