[@Experiment 249] It will depend on how you want to play him, we are looking about a level 3 to start, so if you want magic to start out it is an option. That being said, I do give generously through out an Rp so scrolls, magical items, spell books, weapons, armors, and such will pop up over the course of the Rp. There will be plenty of chances for advancement, experience and to grow powerwise. 

Personally, I usually prefer for people to start out minimal and work up - it leads to a much more dramatic rp over all. I will have my character sheet up today for people to make reference to.

But again, completely up to you.
