Chaos started to spread quickly throughout the kingdom as Queen Morganna claimed that Princess Snow had killed her husband. Those who talked to Snow believed just the opposite and claimed for her after she disappeared that the Queen killed the King. But both of the royal ladies knew the truth. At first Snow had felt remorse, she had killed her own father in cold blood, slit his throat as he slept. She had even fled from the castle in guilt and worry, although she was unsure of what was wrong with her, she could tell something was, she no longer felt right in the head. The last thing she had wanted was to hurt her poor step mother as well. However, that changed and rather quickly. When she was hunted down like an common animal! Once she had convinced the hunter to leqt her live, and he had told her what a horrid thing her mother had wanted him to do, she took his own sword and killed him with it. That had been a week ago, and afterwards she gave up on fighting whatever was effecting her and gave in. After the weeks ride she now walked the long stone walk way from the gates to the castle itself crown upon her head. The eyes of the servants that worked in the castle garden stared at the ebony haired princess as she walked past them, a look of surprise on their faces as they hadn't seen her in weeks. Catching their glares Snow gave them a small but polite smile, as she continued to walk. Be polite, act normally. She reminded herself mentally, much like she had walking the halls the night she fleed. The surprise on their faces was a good thing though, if she was lucky her mother had also not heard of her upcoming return as well. Her hands raised softly on the small sword that laid hidden away in it sheath that hung from her waist as she entered the door of her castle, turning she shut the doors behind her before letting a sigh from her ruby lips, despite her reasons for returning it felt rather nice to be home. "Dearest mother, I'm home!" She found herself calling as she walked across the enterance hall towards the thrown room where her mother would be at this hour, her voice angry and yet still bell like. Instead of finding her mother, she found only an empty throne, with guards on either side as usual.
