The tech of the RP is similar to what we have now, although i can approve a few other things if you run it by me first and its not TOO unrealistic. Read the OOC first page for details on stuff like that


The New Order- THe plutocratic government that run the entire show. They are completely corrupt out of the ears, with many officials only wanting power and money. However, there are plenty who genuinely want to make the world better as well. They control the entire city as well as the dozens of smaller settlements outside of it. They have plenty of soldiers, civilian personnel, scientists, agents, etc...plenty of character choices.

The Resistance (formerly known as utopia)- Well, the name says it all, except it is split into hundreds of small groups that hate each other almost as much as they hate the new order. Several years ago, a group of people known as the cabal financed the groups and negotiated a truce between them, forming them into a single group known as "Utopia" which caused enough trouble to make the New Order seriously nervous. Unfortuantely, read the first post of this OOC to see how that went south, and now they are back to a load of groups arguing with each other. One of the most influential and respected factions in the resistance was known as "Nexus". Read the IC to see how that turned out for them. :P


The Lost- The third faction, and by far the weakest. The lost are gangsters, dealing in drugs, weapons, assassination,information, corporate espionage, just about every criminal enterprise under the sun. They remain strictly neutral between the New Order and Resistance, supplying intel and weaponry to both sides. Just about every criminal in the city, from the lowliest thief to the deadliest assassin has had dealings with the lost at some point.
