Hey you never you know. You could 

A. Leave but be caught by a friend that makes you go to breakfast. Or get food shoved down the throat. Or fall and eat dirt.

B. Lock yourself in your room. Probably safe unless your a kid, then your parent could make you go and eat breakfast cause it's the most important meal of the day.

But can't think of much else xD
