YGO and Devpro allow you to make a deck like Dueling Network, and in that deckbuilder screen is a shuffle button. It scrambles your cards randomly. You then use a random diceroller to roll you a number of 1-40 for your first draw, 1-39 for second etc. Then you use the Side Deck to keep track of your hand. After you play a card, you put it behind the rest of your deck and keep track of your field that way. Here's an example I made in like fivve seconds in paint:

The red is my field currently, and everythign blue is in my graveyard. Behind my graveyard would be banished.
