Alright as of the games start, Germany is helping to mediate between Russia and Ukraine. If its ok, can I start there? Starting with both sides in talks with Germany.

It would continue, at least for a moment, the push for stability. Obviously this has pretty much failed anyway but it'd be nice to have a solid, realistic starting point.
