[@DMZ] Half-orc is in the approved race line up and I have made no limitations in classes - so yes that would be acceptable as long as it follows the CS template.

[@Mag Lev] Looks good to far, I would suggest adding in Simple weapon proficiency so you can wield the staff as a weapon and light armor proficiency so you are not hindered in your casting by the iron skirt. (Both would go under skills)

[@Experiment 249] As long as the description easily shows which spell is being cast, you don't have to put the exact name. If you're worried that people may not get exactly what you are doing then list it. Will all come down to posting style.
