It's more like apartment. Every single student on teh main cast has their own apartment-sized room. 

As for running into your half-brother, he's currently away on a getaway with Jay Tomers(Demeter's son), Amelia(daughter of Dionysus), and the Aphrodite siblings, but they will be back when the RP eventually moves to the next day.

As for keeping Lee aside, you [i]could[/i] interact with [@Obscurus]'s newest character, Raymond. He should be at the coffee shop. I also think that one of [@McHaggis]' characters are there, so you could also talk to them about being included. :)
