Interacting with: Dallas Relo and a Two-Dimensional Girl

Jonas Highwind, the six-foot-three titan of terror, duke of destruction, sultan of squats, and prodigal son of Ares found himself at a crossroads. Before him lay a choice that would shape his outlook on life for years to come, laying beneath many layers of obfuscation and vague words that, to him, were nonetheless presented as if plain. Even in spite of his relative inexperience with the material, he had acquired savvy by osmosis, due to surrounding himself and holding the majority of his discussions with those very, very familiar. In essence, he was a well-read rookie, lacking more in experience than knowledge. Thusly, the choice before him was obvious, where it's solution was less so. One could argue that this actually put him at a disadvantage to his similarly green, yet uneducated peers; After all, they had the liberty to simply stumble along through into one choice and be none the wiser. Unlike him, who saw the questions for what they truly were, and found himself paralyzed by choice. Thankfully, though, this was no "answer trivia for a chance at a million dollars" type of quiz show. He had no need to worry about exhausting a lifeline too soon. Thusly, he made a call. The voice at the end, though slightly weary and ragged from exertion, was still buttery-smooth as his own and bright as his heritage would suggest, even as it aped at a testy, annoyed answering. "I've been lifting alone for an hour and a half, Jonas. The fuck did you get off to?" He smirked. You'd never expect Dallas to hold experience in this field, but one Zaheen Ibrahim had seen fit to change that early last year. "Was planning on heading out later, Tara asked me to grab some groceries this morning." he half-lied. She didn't ask, so much as gruffly tell him what they were out of. "Hey, I got a question for ya, buddy." "Shoot." "Aight, so help me out. First time on Katawa." "Oh lord and you didn't tell me you star--" began the voice on the other end, displeasure evident. "So I gotta ask: Lily or Hanako route first?" A long silence followed. Was Dallas giving it that much thought? It was a tough choice... "C'mon man, Tea and Crumpets or a BLT?" he asked, swinging his legs 'round as he spun in his chair. A sputtering noise from the other end. Well, at least he was listening. "Seriously though, I can't see a clear winner between the two. Which do you think would kindle something in this lonely heart of mine?" he asked, expression leaving cheek and approaching mania. "What the fuck is wrong with you?" demanded the Son of the Sun indignantly. To that, Jonas simply shrugged. "You know me man. My grasp of social cues and facility for decision making's always been--" "Jonas, no." Ear-to-ear. "Crippled." BOOP BOOP BOOP He cackled, seeing the fruits of his efforts upon the phone's screen. >Call Ended 00:43 Bless.
