[B]History:[/b] At one point in his life, Drake was the son of a duke and duchess. Although busy with their affairs in politics and social circles, they were loving parents who taught Drake right from wrong, and how to treat others. That changed when he was seven years old. His parents were assassinated by someone hired by their political adversaries. But when it came to killing the boy, the assassin couldn't do it. So he let Drake escape, and burned the manor to the ground. Drake struggled the next few years, until he was able to get work as a woodsman. He is skilled at his job, and earns a fair amount for his efforts.
