[@Frengo] I don't think that you had to die, but assuming you want to be dead, do you want to be my undead minion? possibly with powers. Possibly trying to fight against my control. My being Raven's of course.
People die in wars, it's what makes them so terrible. Tough hero full of swagger one minute, feeding the carrion the next. Kalar's illustrious story of revenge and nobility cut terribly short; life happens that way. Whilst an undead Kalar, a scorched revenant with a relentless hatred for all mankind does thrill me a little, I think that's something I'd rather explore later on. Let me at least have him buried first! The Rangers all need to be OMFG WHAT!?!! over it in an emotional ceremony. There is of course the question of Galuntrung Keep, and its rangers. I have an NPC, Gormagh, who has a character sheet ready to go. He will take Kalar's place, if Liara does not take control of the Rangers, or indeed, he will assist her if she chooses to. That'll have to be a whole side story in itself though, and wont need addressing until after the Battle of Okly. I imagine it'll take days for news of Kalar's demise to reach his lieutenants, and after that, I imagine they'll either disband or rally. In any case, I will take care of that part of the lore should there be risk of a big ole plot hole occuring. Carry on posting guys, I just need to figure out what I'm doing next. I've got a few ideas, but having now written out three separate possible characters, I've noticed I seem to have a thing for grizzled, downtrodden veterans. Think I need to take a step back, and do something a little more unusual (for me anyway). Maybe a magic user, I never play those guys, because magic always mind f**ks me when it comes to working out how it functions. Though if I did use one, there'd be the question of who the Hell it is, and where they're coming from. I dunno, just hashing out lots of ideas, until I strike gold. Like I say though, Gormagh is good to go if you need me to somehow help with the fluidity of the situation at Okly, and beyond.
