[b][color=ed1c24]Border[/color]:[/b] Yes. I don't know what you call it, but I'm gonna say an inverted border, making the edges of the banner look like burnt or torn paper, thus having to make it a png for transparency.
[b][color=ed1c24]Special Instructions[/color]:[/b] I'd like the text to be in all caps, separated and fade into the background, kinda like this: ([color=#4A4A4A]S[/color] [color=#717171]A[/color] [color=#999999]N[/color] [color=#999999]I[/color] [color=#717171]T[/color] [color=#4A4A4A]Y[/color]). Also, I'd really like [url=http://s11.postimg.org/tnjk5oihf/Gotham_Chronicle_06_714_HAHAHA.png]Joker-style[/url] tally marks covering some of the background, almost like a flurry of bats or something. The blood splatters should fade around the text, too. Other than that, it's up to you :)
