[@Crimson Raven] those are good points, the laser was bad wording on my part, what I meant by 'laser' is that the blades are made out of a conductor that uses the power of flame dust to cut though things so they're more very hot then lasers.

Well I made the Semblance on the spot so there's a kinks in it, but I can edit in something less dues ex machina-ish. I could make it instead of healing wounds and dulling pain, it speeds up or slows down those inside the Semblance's area of effect?
