Hmm...I think thats too powerful. After all, that would make any one with him, basically invincible.

Take it from someone who likes to make characters like that. Time powers are tricky as hell to put in an RP because everyone is effected by time, and as such, it is way too much power for any non-GM character. It is up to the GM, but I suggest not trying time powers because of that reason.
