The meeting won't be starting for a while, I imagine, but the members of Court/Kingsguard would no doubt be arriving a few hours early to set up in their temporary quarters. Just formalities. I wasn't having her invite Rida to the meeting, but just saying that they should all be present when the guests arrive. I hope that clears it up.
