Truly?  This wasn't in the rules, or the OOC heading.  If we're all completely fresh newbs can't have weapons, attire, or even skills, right?  Just helpless sacks of meat.  I suppose KOL's Maria is rectified because of co-GM status?  Also, you said...

...this, exactly once, which doesn't necessarily mean 'clear', but I'll accept that I missed that and moved on.  The main thing is that I didn't see 'Every starts out in the temple basement' anywhere else.  I will have to edit my character because I covered things that I assumed already happened, and if my character wakes up from being about to die from cancer into a world where she's about to be messily devoured, I'm not sure I can justify her believing the WWD to be God's gift to her before she dies.

I'll table my work for now and replace what I've written with something generic while I figure out what to do.
