One of the perks of being a gnome was natural night vision, even if his vatange point was low enough that he couldn't see all too far. He let a sigh out and walked out from behind the cleric and walked up to the center of the two. "Well, I too have a personal disdain for wolf kind, the kind that can eat a gnome in one bite are a bit worse. He chuckled. His mood seemed to do a 180 now that the wolf was gone. "Now I think I could use a- Again a voice interrupted him. But he wasn't mad, as this one offered a Drink. And with that, Thelin knew he was in love. Well, not with this girl no. He wasn't one for relationships, even the one night ones. He enjoyed the single life and his 50's were wild enough that he was ready to just explore before settling down. "Drinks are my favorite! And I don't know about you guys but I have no idea where anything is in this town. Those militia men outside weren't helpful at all. Had to sne- convince them to let me in the hard way. the gnome flexed his right arm and grabbed his bicep, or at least where a bicep was supposed to be. He let out a laugh as the hummingbird landed in his hood. Nobody, especially not a gnome, could look manly with a family of hummingbirds on his back. The gnome did a quick look back to where the wolf disappeared to and confirmed it's disappearance. And it was in fact gone. Nice wolf it seemed, but still a wolf. Not exactly the greatest thing. Thelin looked to the ranger, then the Cleric and finally the woman asking if she could buy him a drink. I'll also take a drink from you, if you insist on treating me like a lady tonight, what was your name?" Thelin joked, poking more fun at the cleric who mistook his cloak for a feminine form. He had to crane his neck just to talk to all of these humans. He hoped he wouldn't have to get used to it but as his experience showed, most gnomes were back home and not out on the road where giant wolves could swallow them whole.
